‘Grimm’ (Season 4): Monroe and Rosalee Are in Danger

Grimm Season 3 Episode 22 Blond Ambition (5)

A wedding is supposed to be a joyous time for the couple, but when you are a Wesen like Monroe (series regular Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (series regular Bree Turner) – one a Blutbad (aka a wolf-like creature) and the other a Fuchsbau (aka a fox-like creature), on the NBC drama Grimm, a marriage between cross-species is difficult.

Not only did Monroe and Rosalee have to deal with their parents, who weren’t exactly excited about the union, but worse yet they are now dealing with a dangerous group of Wesen purists who don’t approve of their marriage and are threatening them with bodily harm if they don’t dissolve their union.

First, the Wesen purists placed a burning cross in their front yard, then threw a brick through the window of Rosalee’s spice shop and then it was the weird Wesen guys in masks watching from the street in front of their house. Needless to say, did anyone else get the KKK-creeps from these incidents?

And, given the fact that Monroe, who was kindly taking a sandwich out to the Portland police officer who was to be providing protection for the couple before they finally left on their honeymoon, was whacked on the head by one of the masked men while the cop was revealed to be wearing one of those damn masks too. Plus if the clips for the next episode of the fairytale-themed series are any indication, Monroe has been taken by this group and is in dire jeopardy, as he was seen literally hog-tied in a scene that is seemingly ripped right out of the history pages from the Nazi regime.

The showdown is going to be intense because Nick (series lead David Giuntoli) and Hank (series regular Russell Hornsby) will, assuredly, be on the manhunt to not only track down Monroe but also all of the Wesen involved.
