‘Undateable’ Season 2 Announced by NBC August 1, 2014 Undateable Proving that not all summer sitcoms are destined for cancellation, news broke today that NBC has renewed Undateable for a second season. The news was first revealed by lead actor Chris D’Elia on Twitter, and later confirmed by TV Line. From executive producer Bill Lawrence (Scrubs, Cougar Town), Undateable follows the adventures of a group of friends who are deemed not dateworthy. However, with the help of their “cool” friend Danny, the group slowly begins to venture out into the world of dating. The series debuted as the top-rated summer sitcom in the past five years for any of the Big Four networks. There is no word yet on whether season two will air in Summer 2015 or find its way onto NBC’s midseason schedule. Are you glad for the extra hang out time with Danny and friends?
