FX’s ‘Chozen’ and FXX’s ‘Legit’ Cancelled

Legit season 2 episode 12 & 13 Sober/Honesty (3)

FX and FXX have axed Chozen and Legit after their first and second seasons, respectively.

Deadline confirmed the two edgy comedies would not be moving forward at the networks. Legit, starring Jim Jefferies and DJ Qualls, was one of several shows transplanted to FXX from FX when the comedy-centric channel launched in 2013. It joins Totally Biased With W. Kamau Bell, which was another transplant that was swiftly cancelled after its move.

Meanwhile, the animated series Chozen followed a gay, white rapper who had recently been released from prison. Eastbound and Down star Danny McBride was a producer for the comedy.
