‘Graceland’ Alum to Recur on ‘The Mentalist’

Pedro Pascal

According to the good folks over at TV Line, it looks like Teresa Lisbon (series regular Robyn Tunney) just might be getting a little romance this season on The Mentalist.

Actor Pedro Pascal, who is probably best known for his recurring role on the USA Network drama ‘Graceland’ and the short-lived ABC drama ‘Red Widow’, has joined the long-running CBS drama in the recurring role of FBI Special Agent Marcus Pike. His character is being described as “a charming man with integrity, a blue-collar cop with FBI smarts”. Pike will “enlist Jane (series lead Simon Baker) and Lisbon to help track a band of art thieves, taking an instant shine to Lisbon and setting out to sweep her off her feet”.

Pascal will soon be seen as Oberyn Martell in ‘Game of Thrones’ later this year and has also appeared episodes of ‘Nikita’, ‘CSI’, ‘Body of Proof’, ‘Lights Out’, ‘The Good Wife’ and ‘Nurse Jackie’. He also appeared in the made-for-TV movie ‘Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe’ and the box office film ‘The Adjustment Bureau’.

‘The Mentalist’ is on hiatus right now, but it will return for the remainder of its sixth season on March 9 at 10/9c on CBS with Pascal appearing in at least five episodes.
