The Simpsons Season 25 Episode 5 “Labor Pains” airs Sunday November 17, 2013 (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Episode Synopsis: The Simpsons Season 25 Episode 5 “Labor Pains” – Homer remembers his Lamaze skills when he’s forced to deliver a baby in an elevator. When the mother (guest voice Elizabeth Moss) names the child Homer Jr., he quickly develops a deep emotional bond with the kid. Meanwhile, Lisa is recruited by the cheerleaders of the local pro football team, the Springfield Atoms.

Show Synopsis: Entering into its milestone 25th season, THE SIMPSONS continues to strike a chord with viewers for irreverently poking fun at anything and everything. As the longest-running scripted series in television history, which Entertainment Weekly called the “No. 1 Greatest American Sitcom.” THE SIMPSONS has become one of the most consistently groundbreaking, innovative and recognizable entertainment franchises throughout the world. With its subversive humor and delightful wit, the series has made an indelible imprint on American pop culture, and the family members, HOMER, MARGE, BART, LISA and MAGGIE, are television icons.

The Simpsons reside in the town of Springfield. HOMER (Dan Castellaneta) works as a safety inspector at the local nuclear power plant; MARGE (Julie Kavner) tries to keep the peace in her family; BART (Nancy Cartwright) is the mischievous 10-year-old hellion; eight-year-old LISA (Yeardley Smith) is the intelligent, saxophone-playing, vegetarian member of the family; and baby MAGGIE conveys emotions via pacifier sucks.

In the upcoming season, America’s favorite family continues to entertain viewers with its wild and outlandish adventures, including Homer selling his Apple stock to buy a bowling ball; Marge blaming herself and the music of KISS for Bart’s rebellious streak; Lisa getting recruited as a cheerleader for the local pro football team; and Homer delivering a baby. Guest voices this season include Aaron Sorkin, Gordon Ramsay, Christiane Amanpour, Joe Namath, Rachel Maddow, Elizabeth Moss, Kristen Wiig and Stan Lee.
