‘Rick and Morty’ Premiere Date Announced by Adult Swim November 12, 2013 Adult Swim, News Community creator Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland’s new animated comedy Rick and Morty will premiere on Adult Swim Monday, December 2nd at 10:30 p.m. (ET/PT). The sure to be eccentric series focuses on the sudden reappearance of Rick Sanchez (Roiland) in his daughter Beth’s (Sarah Chalke) life after he has been missing for 20 years. As if his absence wasn’t enough cause for alarm, he also happens be a sociopathic scientist who sets up shop in her garage. Complicating matters further, Rick can’t help but drag his not-quite extraordinary grandchildren Morty (Roiland) and Summer (Spencer Grammer) into his wild and dangerous experiments. With every new sci-fi gadget or outlandish adventure he goes on, Morty will shake up his family’s life just a little bit more. Are you looking forward to Harmon’s animated series?
