The CW will continue its long running relationship with Tyra Banks’ competition series America’s Next Top Model. The network has ordered the show’s 21st cycle with plans to announce the production date and the series premiere in the coming months. The new season will follow the show’s newest format of a competition between girls and guys that involves each model out to win the title. Casting for the upcoming season is currently underway. Cycle 20 of the series is currently airing with the winner scheduled to be revealed in the November 15 finale.

“America’s Next Top Model’ has played an important part in The CW’s original summer programming strategy, as the long-running reality series kicked-off during the late summer months and carried on into The CW’s fall launch,” the network shared in a statement.

‘America’s Next Top Model’ comes from producers 10 by 10 Entertainment in association with The Tyra Banks Company. Ken Mok (Making the Band) and Tyra Banks serve as executive producers on the series that was created by Banks. Mok and Kenya Barris are the developers behind the competition. Banks is slated to continue on as host of the 21st cycle.
