Whedonverse Favorite Enver Gjokaj Lands Role on ‘Witches of East End’ October 9, 2013 News, Witches of East End Enver Gjokaj isn’t a household name (yet), but fans of Joss Whedon’s Dollhouse know he’s one of the most versatile actors in the business. Now he’s landed a major role on Lifetime’s new series Witches of East End. TV Guide broke the news that Gjokaj will play Mike, a “mysterious stranger” (aren’t they all) and novelist who is interested in Ingrid (Rachel Boston). Don’t expect Mike to be what he seems since TV Guide hints the character is poised to snoop into matters he shouldn’t. Gjokaj will first appear in the November 17th episode of the series and continue to recur throughout season one. In addition to Dollhouse, Gjokaj’s credits include Dexter, Community and a blink and you’ll miss it cameo in Whedon’s blockbuster The Avengers. What do you think Whedon fans, will you tune into Witches of East End to see Gjokaj’s latest role? Witches of East End airs Sundays at 10PM on Lifetime.
