The BBC Previews ‘Sherlock,’ ‘Ripper Street’ and ‘The Musketeers’ in New Drama Trailer

The BBC’s latest drama trailer will have you ready to pack your bags and head to London, my fellow Anglophiles.

The stylish trailer features scenes from the seasons of three imports that are definitely heading across the pond: Sherlock season three (coming to PBS…someday), Ripper Street season two (coming to BBC America) and The Musketeers (coming to BBC America in January). But it gives us a sneak peek at The Great Train Robbery, Quirke (starring Gabriel Byrne and Michael Gambon), The Escape Artist (starring David Tennant…everyone cross your fingers this one gets a U.S. distribution deal), What Remains and By Any Means as well.

Sherlock steals the trailer without a doubt though, as our favorite detective appears alive, well and ready to jump back into action with John. “The thrill of the chase, the blood pumping through your veins, just the two of us against the world,” Sherlock says.

Can we have a premiere date now, PBS? Please?

British viewers can catch all of the series on BBC One this fall and winter.
