‘Game of Thrones’ Season 4: Joseph Gatt Lands Mystery Role That Could Take Him Beyond The Wall

Joseph Gatt has joined the ever-expanding cast of Game of Thrones season four, The Hollywood Reporter confirms. Now the question is which one of George R.R. Martin’s characters will he be bringing to life?

Gatt is best known for his roles in high profile blockbusters like Thor and Star Trek Into Darkness, and the actor’s imposing looks would make him ideal for the part of Styr, Magnar of Thenn, a wildling who leads the attack on Castle Black. Indeed, Styr is the most popular guess for the role Gatt will be filling, fueled by his recent Tweet that he was in Iceland, where the scenes at and beyond The Wall are shot, and his IMBD page.

Are you hoping the rumors are true? Or do you think Gatt would be a better fit for another character?

Game of Thrones season four premieres Spring 2014 on HBO.
