Chris Hardwick to Host ‘Breaking Bad’ Chat Show ‘Talking Bad’

Chris Hardwick will not only be our guide to the undead on AMC’s post-The Walking Dead chat show, he’ll also be shepherding us through Breaking Bad‘s world of meth dealing as host of the series’ new post-episode chat show Talking Bad.

Talking Bad will be devoted to breaking down each one of the final eight episodes of Breaking Bad beginning August 11th. Hardwick will be joined weekly by fans, actors, producers and tv enthusiasts, while also taking viewer questions and comments.

“We have had so much success with Chris Hardwick and ‘Talking Dead,’ the show-talking-about-a-show that attracted more than five million live viewers after last season’s ‘The Walking Dead’ finale,” said Joel Stillerman, AMC’s EVP of original programming, production and digital content in a statement. “An after-show hosted by Chris seemed like the perfect way to pay homage to and countdown the final eight episodes of ‘Breaking Bad,’ giving fans the opportunity to come together and talk about the end of this iconic series brought to life by creator Vince Gilligan and his amazing cast and crew.”

Breaking Bad‘s fifth season resumes Sunday, August 11th at 9PM, with Talking Bad following weekly at 11PM.
