‘Copper’ Season 2 Trailer: “There Are No City Limits”

Counterfeiting gangs, shootouts and a glowering Kevin Corcoran (Tom Weston-Jones) welcome us back to Five Points in BBC America’s first full-length trailer for Copper season two. The gritty post-Civil War drama returns this summer to find Corcoran and the rest of the force once more trying to restore order to the streets of 1865 New York City, but this season they will have help in the form of the just returned from war General Brendan Donovan (Terriers‘ Donal Logue). “Men in power can’t afford to let every single incident become a crusade,” the General informs Corcoran in the action-packed trailer.

In addition to Logue, season two will also feature guest turns by Alfre Woodard (Steel Magnolias), Eamonn Walker (OZ), Lee Tergesen (OZ) and Andrew Howard (Hatfields and McCoys). Check out the trailer below for a look at what’s ahead.

Copper season two premieres Sunday, June 23rd at 10/9c on BBC America.
