Rosanna Arquette Will Guest Star On Showtime’s ‘Ray Donovan’

What About Brian’s Rosanna Arquette will guest star on Showtime’s Ray Donovan, The Hollywood Reporter has shared. Arquette has been tapped to play the role of Linda, who is described as “a former starlet-turned-screenwriter.” Her character will become friends with the title character’s father, Mickey, in a story that follows Donovan’s (Liev Schreiber) gig as a fixer to the rich and famous in L.A.

Schreiber’s Ray will also have to deal with family drama after his father, played by Jon Voight (Heat), is released from prison. Paula Malcomson (The Hunger Games), Eddie Marsan (Sherlock Holmes), Dash Mihok (I Am Legend), Katherine Moennig (The Lincoln Lawyer) and Pooch Hall (The Game) also star in the freshman series on Showtime.

Arquette joins a list of guest stars that include actors James Woods (Once Upon a Time in America) and Brooke Smith (The Silence of the Lambs), among others. Arquette’s latest guest role following appearances on the HBO series ‘Girls’ with lena Dunham also include ‘Royal Pains’ and ‘Private Practice’. She is best known for her past performances in ‘Pulp Fiction’, ‘The Big Blue’, ‘The Whole Nine Yards’, ‘After Hours’, ‘Hardflip’, ‘Exodus Fall’ and ‘The Divide’.

‘Ray Donovan’ will premiere on June 30 at 10 p.m. following the season opener of ‘Dexter’.
