FXX Promo Features The Casts Of ‘Legit,’ ‘The League’ and ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ Settling Into Their New Digs

FX wants you to get excited about FXX, their new and somewhat confusingly named network aimed at young adult viewers set to launch in September, so they have released a spirited promo featuring the casts of existing properties It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The League, Legit and Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell, all of which will be making the jump to the new network. Watch the promo below to see the It’s Always Sunny gang raze the bar while Russell Brand (if renewed for a third season Brand X will likely be moving to FXX as well) confuses his limo for the sidewalk.

In addition to the original series, FXX will also air reruns of How I Met Your Mother, Parks and Recreation, Rescue Me, Sports Night, Arrested Development and Freaks and Geeks. The plan is for FXX to emphasize comedy programming, which is a hit amongst the network’s coveted 18-34 demo, but in the future FXX will feature original dramas as well. For now, FXX will feature four original comedies and one late night show in its first year, and fill out the rest of the schedule with acquired properties and movies from the FX film library.

FXX is set to launch on September 2nd.
