FX Announces Series Pick-Ups Including Justified, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The League and Legit

Justified Season 4

The cable network FX recently announced the renewal of the following shows: Justified, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The League and Legit. The network also revealed they will be branching out with a new network to be known as FXX.

First, fans of the critically-acclaimed drama ‘Justified’ will be glad to know that Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) and the rest of the residents of Harlan County will be back on FX for a fifth season, which is set to begin production this fall, airing new episodes in January 2014.

As for the comedies ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’, ‘The League’ and ‘Legit’, they will all be moving over to the new network FXX. The former will air its ninth season this fall on that new network and the powers that be have also give the sitcom a 10th season as well. The League will see its 5th season also air this fall on the new network and it, too, got an additional season. Lastly, the latter comedy will come to an end next week on April 11 and was given a second season as well; which will air on the new network in early 2014.
