Syfy’s ‘Face Off’ Season 5 Announced March 21, 2013 Face Off, News Syfy has renewed the competitive reality series Face Off for a fifth season following the show’s success on the network’s Tuesday night slate. “‘Face Off’ continues to prove itself as a ratings hit, earning critical and viewer accolades alike, and we are proud to bring the series back for another stunning season,” said Mark Stern, the president of original content at Syfy. ‘Face Off’ is currently airing in its fourth season with McKenzie Westmore on board as presenter with special effects contestants judged by Ve Neill, Glenn Hetrick, Neville Page and Patrick Tatopoulos. At the moment Eric Fox, J. Anthony Kosar, Kristian Kobzina of and Wayne Anderson, remain as the last four contestants all fighting it out for the top spot in the latest challenge involving the upcoming drama series and video game, ‘Defiance’. ‘Face Off’ is produced by Mission Control Media with Dwight D. Smith, Michael Agbabian and Derek Atherton all on board as executive producers. The competition will conclude its fourth season finale on Tuesday, March 26 at 9PM ET/PT. The episode will showcase the final three contestants presented with the challenge of creating waterproof makeups. Are you ready for more special effects?
