Don’t Trust The B—- In Apartment 23 Season 2 Review “It’s A Miracle…” – “You can’t hand me a sledgehammer and expect me not to swing it!”

Don't Trust The B---- in Apartment 23 Season 2 Episode 4 "It's a Miracle" (1)

There has never been a better line to describe Chloe than: “You can’t hand me a sledgehammer and expect me not to swing it!”, am I right? The focus character of Don’t Trust The B—- In Apartment 23 goes through life with the tact of a sledgehammer, and does so in an incredibly unapologetic fashion.

In this week’s “It’s a Miracle…” Chloe ropes June into visiting Chloe’s mother, and poor June is stuck in a wheelchair the entire episode. As if that’s not bad enough, remember how Chloe’s mother actually needs a wheelchair to get around? Well, mom takes to June since they have similar issues to overcome, and even has June ride in the automatic lift she had installed on her staircase. I didn’t know if I should cover my eyes with embarrassment for June or laugh hysterically at how ridiculous the entire situation was.

While Chloe always has motives for what she does, this week it was actually to help June get home to her family for the Holidays. Sharing the money that she swindled from her parents, Chloe pays June back for making her spend a day in a wheelchair around her actually handicapped mother. So, see? Chloe isn’t that bad of a person at all.

Which is something that we’ve known all along as Don’t Trust The B—- In Apartment 23 progressed. Deep down, Chloe is a sweetheart. The thing is that she just happens to care about exactly two people – James and June. Chloe will go out of her way to get a smile from June and to make her friend lose control once in a while, and it’s always with June’s best intentions at heart.

Chloe does have a cracked out sense of humor and, as stated, the tact of a sledgehammer, but let’s admit it – we could all use a friend like Chloe in our lives.
