‘Eastbound & Down’ Season 4 Announced

Eastbound & Down has been given the green light for a fourth season from the paid cable network HBO. Following reports from TV Line, the quirky comedy will be back with its leading man Danny McBride front and center for another crazy year after fans assumed the worst following the season 3 finale where Kenny turned down a huge opportunity in his career to relocate to Myrtle Beach with April and their son. The big night of Kenny’s demise managed to reel in 1.6 million viewers. Fans will now find out what’s to come in the eight episode pick-up. A premiere for season 4 has yet to be revealed.

In the meantime ‘Eastbound & Down’s’ McBride is also working on ‘The End of the World’ and the movie ‘Hell & Back’. The star’s additional credits include the short, The Roadie with Danny McBride, as well as the TV series ‘The Good Vibes’ in the role of Ms. Tweets, ’30 Minutes or Less’, ‘Land of the Lost’, ‘Up in the Air’, ‘Fight for Your Right Revisited’, ‘Despicable Me’, ‘Kenny Powers: The K-Swiss MFCEO’, ‘Pineapple Express ‘, ‘Tropic Thunder’, and the comedy drama ‘Due Date’.
