‘Touch’ Season 2 Announced

While other FOX dramas are getting axed, the new Kiefer Sutherland drama Touch has escaped the cancellation axe, getting a second season renewal from the network.

As TV viewers know, Sutherland stars as Martin Bohm, a widower and single father who is haunted by an inability to connect to his emotionally challenged 11-year-old son Jake (David Mazouz), who is autistic and does not speak. But when Martin discovers that Jake can predict events before they happen, everything changes.

Joining Sutherland in this series is actress Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Cleo Hopkins, a social worker, who attempts to work with Jake; and even Martin, as they both are pulled into all the inter-connected stories surrounding the mysterious numbers that Jake provides to them each week.

The next new episode of ‘Touch’ will air on FOX on Thursday, May 7 at 9/8c. [Source: TV Line]
