RINGER “Oh Gawd, There’s Two of Them?” Review

RINGER Oh Gawd, There's Two of Them Episode 7 (7)

RINGER “Oh Gawd, There’s Two of Them?” Episode 7 – There’s one thing that I will say for RINGER and that is this: Ringer is for sure a show that keeps you on your toes!

At the beginning of “Oh Gawd, There’s Two of Them?” it seems that Bridget’s luck in posing as Siobhan may be coming to an end. The local police and now the FBI now want to speak to “Siobhan” in relation to Gemma’s disappearance. They take not only Bridget down to the station, but also Henry and Andrew.

It seems like Bridget’s ruse is going to come to an end when the officers show both men a picture of Bridget, and ask if they know who the woman is… imagine my surprise when they both respond (in a very awesome camera shot, I might add): “Bridget Kelly”.

It turns out that Bridget came clean with Andrew and Henry about having a twin sister. As Siobhan, she convinces both men that she didn’t tell them because she was ashamed of her sister’s lifestyle and wanted Bridget to be a part of her life that she wouldn’t have to think about any longer.

Needless to say, Andrew and Henry are not too pleased to hear this info – Henry because Bridget is now wanted for questioning in the disappearance of his wife, and Andrew because his wife of five years lied to him. Regardless of the reasoning, he’s not pleased.

Most of the action in Ringer takes place in the police station, Agent Machado questions Bridget/Siobhan and, in a bold move, Bridget records a voicemail as herself on Siobhan’s cell phone. The message says that Bridget has really messed up this time and doesn’t know what to do – but she does know she has to leave New York.

Machado thinks this is a little suspicious, and then throws Bridget for a loop – he brings Malcolm’s disappearance to light. Bridget is noticeably shaken up, but it’s nothing compared to when Malcolm actually appears at an art gallery opening. Bridget faints, winds up in the hospital, and is about to undergo an ultrasound to make sure the baby is okay.

Who wants to bet that Bridget is pregnant and that it’s Malcolm’s? I’ll totally get on board with that, especially after seeing the two of them hot and heavy in this episode.

We also find out that Bridget’s new NA sponsor is not all he appears to be. Turns out he’s actually working for Siobhan, and HE is responsible for Gemma’s disappearance (can we call it a death already? It seems that Gemma is dead, just saying).

Crazy, CRAZY things are happening on Ringer, and they’re just leaving me wanting more and more!!
