GLEE’s Favorite Football Coach To Get a Love Interest October 5, 2011 Glee, News According to the folks over at TV Line, everyone’s favorite football Coach on GLEE – Coach Beiste, as portrayed by actress Dot-Marie Jones – just might be getting a love interest Actor Eric Bruskotter will be guest starring in a major recurring role of Johnny, a football recruiter who comes to McKinley High to scout talent, but finds “he can’t take his eyes off the team’s gruff but big-hearted coach. Bruskotter has appeared in TV shows like 24, Six Feet Under and Providence and was most recently seen in an episode of the new TNT legal drama Franklin & Bash. Glee returned to FOX for its third season on September 20 and will be back with all new episodes starting in November.
