ABC Picks Up 12 New Shows Including CHARLIE’S ANGELS, ONCE UPON A TIME, and more

After axing seven of its shows, ABC needed some new ones to fill their spot this Fall. And so the network has picked up 10 new shows for the 2011-2012 season. You can find more information for each of them below.

Charlie’s Angels – A revamping of the 1970s series set in Miami. The series stars Annie Ilonzeh (Melrose Place), Minka Kelly (Friday Night Lights, Parenthood), Rachael Taylor (Grey’s Anatomy), and Robert Wagner as Charlie.

Good Christian Belles – Based on the book by Kim Gatlin (Leslie Bibb, Popular), the series follows a former high school “mean girl” who moves back home to Dallas after a scandalous end to her marriage.
The series also stars Kristin Chenoweth (Glee, Pushing Daisies) and Annie Potts (Designing Women)

Once Upon A Time – Another fairy tale-like drama (NBC picked up Grimm) in which a woman (Jennifer Morrison, How I Met Your Mother, House), who finds herself drawn to a town where fairy tales exist.
The series also stars Ginnifer Goodwin (Big Love) as Snow White, Robert Carlyle (Stargate Universe) and Josh Dallas (Thor) as Prince Charming.

Pan Am – A drama set in the 1960s and centers on some stewardesses and pilots living double lives as spies. The series stars Christina Ricci in her very first regular TV show role.

Revenge – This series is inspired by the Count of Monte Cristo and stars Emily VanCamp (Brothers & Sisters, Everwood) as a woman who moves to the Hamptons.

Scandal – Shonda Rhimes’ (Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice) new drama centering on a professional fixer (Kerry Washington) and her staff, based on the career of crisis management consultant Judy Smith.
The series also stars Henry Ian Cusick (Lost) and Tony Goldwyn.

The River – A new series starring Eloise Mumford (Lone Star) in which a crew goes through the Amazon to find a missing adventurer.

Last Man Standing – A new multicam comedy starring Tim Allen and Nancy Travis (The Bill Engvall Show), which follows a man living in a world more and more dominated by women, who tries to fight for his manhood.

Man Up – A single-camera comedy which is told through the eyes of three best friends and the women in their lives will taking a look at what it takes for modern men to survive these days.

Apartment 23 – A single-camera comedy which follows a Midwestern girl (Dreama Walker, The Good Wife) who finds herself living with her worst nightmare (Krysten Ritter, Veronica Mars) after moving to New York to follow her dreams. The series also stars James Van Der Beek (Dawson’s Creek) as himself.

Suburgatory – A single-camera comedy in which a New Yorker (Jane Levy) finds out that the suburbs is scary, like beyond horror movie scary.
The series also stars Jeremy Sisto (Law & Order), Alan Tudyk (Firefly) and Cheryl Hines (Curb Your Enthusiasm).

Work It – A new comedy that follows two out-of-work car salesmen (Amury Nolasco, Ben Koldyke) who decide to get jobs as pharmaceutical reps, but have to dress as women in order to get them.
