From Royalty to Diaper Duty: CALIFORNICATION Snags William and Kate’s Camilla Luddington May 9, 2011 Californication, News There are going to be a few new faces in Hank Moody’s (David Duchovny) life when we see him again this fall. It has already been announced that RZA will appear in multiple episodes of CALIFORNICATION‘s upcoming fifth season as a hip hop mogul while Meagan Good will play a singer in eight episodes. Now comes word that Camilla Luddington, fresh off playing Kate Middleton in the Lifetime movie William and Kate, will appear in eight episodes, as well. Luddington will play a nanny who loses a job and then goes to work for Charles (Evan Handler) and Marcy (Pamela Adlon), presumably caring for the child Marcy was carrying in the fourth season finale, who, given the reported three-year time jump, would be a toddler. Production on Californication‘s fifth season begins this month with Showtime planning a fall premiere. What do you think about the show adding three major recurring characters?
