Elizabeth Perkins as Celia Hodes and Mary-Louise Parker as Nancy Botwin

Elizabeth Perkins will be starring opposite Michael Chiklis in CBS’ family comedy VINCE UNCENSORED, reports Deadline.com. The multi-camera project follows Vince (Chiklis), a family man who experiences a medical problem which changes his life. He starts to live more honestly and in the moment by speaking the truth, much to the chagrin of his family. Perkins will play Vince’s wife, Janet, who is a school teacher with the patience to deal with the new Vince.

Perkins latest television role was the character Celia Hodes on Showtime’s Weeds. Next she joins co-stars James Marsden, Kaley Cuoco, and Gary Cole in the movie Hop, which is a blend of live-action and computer animation.

Chiklis can be seen on ABC’s No Ordinary Family, airing on a special night and time this Saturday, March 26 at 10/9c.

Produced by Conan O’Brien’s Conaco Productions and Warner Bros. Television, Vince Uncensored is written by Phoef Sutton and will be directed by Kelsey Grammer.
