Kevin Dillon has signed on to co-star in CBS’ comedy pilot HOW TO BE A GENTLEMAN. It is based on a book of the same name, written by John Bridges. TVLine.com reports that the project is “a buddy comedy about Allan, an uptight guy who is learning to live his life with the help of his old high school classmate, the genial and optimistic Bert.” All that is currently known is Dillon will play the supporting role of Bert.

Dillon will be joining a cast that already includes Dave Foley (Kids in the Hall, News Radio), David Hornsby (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), Nancy Lenehan (The New Adventures of Old Christine), and Mary Lynn Rajskub (24).

Hornsby, who will be playing the character Allan, also wrote the script and will be executive producer on the project. Producing credits will be shared with Ted Schachter, Pam Fryman, and Adam Chase (Better with You, Friends).

Dillon is known for his role as “Drama,” Vinny Chase’s older half-brother on HBO’s Entourage, for which he earned three Emmy nominations. Entourage will air its eighth and final season this summer.
