WHITE COLLAR “Forging Bonds” Advance Review

WHITE COLLAR (USA) Forging Bonds

WHITE COLLAR “Forging Bonds” Season 2 Episode 11 – Alright folks, step right up. It’s time for my favorite game……

What Moki Can and Cannot Say About the Episode Without Giving it Away

I’m still working on the title.

Okay so y’all remember last week when I said that the premiere episode was one of my favorites? Okay yeah.. um.. well now this one is, too. Sorry but I can’t help it. When they present me with something this good, this absolutely scrumptious, what else am I supposed to say?

The fact that Neal and Peter spend most of this episode drinking and chatting should sound boring but actually that’s one of my favorite things about it. Not only because I always love me some quality time between the boys, when they get the chance to deepen the bond between them and learn more about each other, but also because it’s that chatting which leads to some top-notch flashback action.

And now for some of my favorite non-spoilery bits.

First of all, Willie Garson’s own son plays a kid that works with Mozzie in one of the scenes. Oh and don’t worry, that’s totally not a spoiler. In fact I was on the call when Willie said in a phone interview that he wanted to be sure that everyone knew about it. It was the one “spoiler” he was very will willing to give away. That man is a very proud papa and so he should be, the kid did a great job.

You’ll find out what Neal’s FBI nickname was.

You’ll get to see Peter’s mustache.

You’ll get to see Neal before he wore suits.

You’ll get to see Mozzie in with a lot more hair (and not all of it on his head).

You will get to see how Peter and Neal met and I’m telling you right now, it’s probably not how you’d expect.

You’ll find out how it all started with Neal and Kate.

There’s probably tons more I could list but I’ll stop there. Let’s just say that if there was anything you ever wanted to know about any of the characters on White Collar, you’re going to find out in this episode. It left me very satisfied as it answered a ton of questions, but also left plenty more story open to tell in future episodes.
