TWO AND A HALF MEN “Skunk, Dog Crap and Ketchup” Review

TWO AND A HALF MEN (CBS) Skunk, Dog Crap and Ketchup

TWO AND A HALF MEN “Skunk, Dog Crap and Ketchup” Season 8 Episode 13 – Okay it’s confession time. I have to admit that before tonight I had only seen three episodes of Two and a Half Men and that was while I was stuck on a flight to London. I actually liked the episodes that I saw so I’m not really sure why I didn’t watch it once I got home, but when I saw that it was available for review I decided to check it out again.

The first thing I have to say after watching this episode is wow that kid has grown! Back when I watched those episodes a couple years ago he was still the “half” on the show, but not anymore.

The second thing I have to say is that I’m happy now that I decided to give this series a go. I actually laughed out loud a few times (that whole skunk thing was hysterical to me for some reason) and thoroughly enjoyed it. This is going to be a fun addition to my Monday viewing schedule.

My favorite bits..

This line from a sleepy Alan: “Mom!… Charlie’s making me hit myself”. LOL!

Finding out about Lyndsey’s softcore porn past. I loved that the title of her flick was “Cinnamon’ Buns”.

Charlie telling Lyndsey that she looked “very tasteful”.

Lynsey’s “yes!” when Charlie wondered out loud if he was that skeevy

The entire cinnamon buns conversation in the kitchen.

Charlie telling Alan that, in addition to not having the lip for clarinet, he didn’t have one for Amy Driskell either. Oh! Snap!

Lyndsey asking Adan not to gay it up when he said the key wasn’t just to her house, it was also to her heart. Yeah, I think I was with her on that one.

Alan pointing out that ‘Charlie doesn’t befriend women, he “be-fouls” them’. LOL!

Alan’s hilarious gestures when trying to describe Charlie’s “flag”.

Jake bringing out the fire extinguisher as Lyndsey’s housewarming present. Ha!

Cracking up at this bit:
Charlie: “So give me the lay of the land.”
Lyndsey: “You mean who in this land can you lay?”

Alan’s translation of Charlie and Lyndsey’s conversation inside while he was peeking through the window.

Alan’s cry of “bad skunk!” after getting sprayed.

Herb’s story about Amy Driskell. LOL!

Finally understanding the title of this episode when Lyndsey asked Alan what smelled.

Lyndsey calling Alan a “smelly fool”.

Alan telling the skunk he’d already shot his load… right before he got sprayed again. Classic.

What did you think of this episode of Two and a Half Men? Got any favorite bits or least favorite bits of your own? I’d love to hear from you!
