Edward James Olmos to Guest on CSI:NY August 10, 2010 CSI:NY, News Edward James Olmos is headed back to the small screen, even if it is only for one episode. The former Admiral William Adama has taken his first television role since Battlestar Galactica. TV Guide reports he will appear in an October episode of CSI: NY, playing a former gang leader who gets out of prison after fifteen years and seeks revenge on Mac Taylor, whom he blames for the incarceration. The casting adds some luster to what could be a bumpy season for CSI: NY.
