Webseries Spotlight: OBLIVION

Oblivion webseries

[Since I always receive tons of emails about new webseries, I thought we should have a new Webseries Spotlight feature, which will highlight some of the webseries that I think you guys might enjoy or should maybe take a look at.]

OBLIVION is a 22-minute episodic series following the exploits of a group of of punks, mods and rockers in the fictional city of Holwenstall.
The show was created by filmmaker Mike Cuenca and is a spin-off of his first feature film, Scenes from Oblivion, in which many of the starring characters make their first appearance.

Oblivion was shot with non-actors and no funds, which is really impressive since it looks as good (if not better) than most other webseries out there.

I thought the whole thing had an interesting, original look and feel, which I really like. It definitely makes me want to see more.

You can watch the first two episodes of Oblivion below, and then you can head over to the official website to watch more episodes.
