When TBS’s eagerly anticipated series LOPEZ TONIGHT brings the party to late-night television, it will be to the strains of one of the greatest rock musicians of all time: Carlos Santana. Host George Lopez will welcome the legendary guitarist as the show’s first scheduled musical guest Monday, Nov. 9, at 11 p.m.
(ET/PT). Carlos Santana will perform with the show’s house band, led by Michael Bearden (This Is It). During the first week, Bearden is scheduled to play a special tribute to the late pop icon, Michael Jackson.

Also scheduled to perform during LOPEZ TONIGHT’s first few weeks are Marc Anthony, Morissey, Slash, Akon, LMFAO, Jay Sean, Amerie, Justin Bieber, Orianthi, David Guetta and The Bravery. More artists will be announced in the coming weeks.

Along with Carlos Santana, the premiere-night guests for LOPEZ TONIGHT will be Ellen DeGeneres, Eva Longoria-Parker of Desperate Housewives and NBA great Kobe Bryant. Future guests include Sandra Bullock, Ray Romano, Jamie Foxx, Jessica Alba, Charlie Sheen, Queen Latifah, Ted Danson, Andy Garcia, Larry David, Taylor Lautner, Oscar de la Hoya, Kelly Osbourne, Floyd Mayweather, Eva Mendes, Arsenio Hall and Kathy Griffin, among many others.

LOPEZ TONIGHT will air on TBS Monday through Thursday at 11 p.m. (ET/PT). The show comes to TBS from 2.2 Productions, paraMedia Inc. and Telepictures Productions. Lopez is executive producing the show with Jim Paratore (The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Bonnie Hunt Show) and Mike Gibbons (The Late Late Show). Michael Bearden – known for his work with stars like the late Michael Jackson – is band leader for LOPEZ TONIGHT.
