Choreography: Brian Friedman
Music: “Hot Like Wow” by Nadia Oh
Thoughts: That was very cool! I couldn’t take my eyes off of Kayla, she put on quite a performance. I really love her.

Karla Garcia & Jonathan PlateroContemporary

karlajonathancontemp090616_sytycd_1099

Choreography: Stacey Tookey
Music: “Falling Slowly” by The Frames
Thoughts: They had a great song and a great choreography going for them, but I just didn’t feel it at all. And I have to totally disagree with Mary, I didn’t think Jonathan was that great. Maybe it’s because I am not touched by either dancer, but this performance did nothing for.
Rating: 2/4

Jeanine Mason & Phillip ChbeebTango

jeaninephilliptango090616_sytycd_1187

Choreography: Tony Meredith
Music: “Voliento (Up Mix)” by Bailango
Thoughts: I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but that was pretty awesome. Obviously, I don’t notice all the technical stuff, so I can’t criticize Phillip on his technique. All I’ll say is that I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Choreography: Shane Sparks
Music: “Imma Be” by The Black Eyed Peas
Thoughts: I really liked Kupono, he was really good. I didn’t like Ashley as much. I don’t know why but it seems that I am not seeing what the judges are seeing.
Rating: 3/4

Tonight was a pretty good night, but I am honestly not as excited about the dancers as I was last season. Let’s hope it gets better.

But for now I don’t really know who I would put in the bottom three. Who do you guys think should go home?
