SUPERNATURAL “The Monster at the End of This Book” Review

Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles - Supernatural

What did you think of tonight’s episode of SUPERNATURAL “The Monster at the End of This Book”?

I got two words for you: Winchester Gospel!

Last night Supernatural delivered another great episode. So now in addition to Angels, we get a prophet and Archangels (who apparently a pretty badass, I wonder if we’ll eventually meet one).

The whole Dean and Sam’s story was published in a book called Supernatural, classic. But I think the even better part was the explanation of why the guy knew what he knew, he’s a prophet and whatever he sees will come to pass and there is nothing you can do about it. Which begs the question, what did he see in the end? And the fact that Zachariah didn’t want Dean and Sam to know cannot be a good sign.

As for Lilith, can you believe she is scared of what is going to happen to her to the point she wants to make a deal?! She’s not as invincible as we once thought. Although she seemed immune to Sam’s powers. Oh and while we’re on the subject of immunity, Lilith can’t hurt Sam either. Now that’s interesting, I guess the Demon blood Sam has been drinking has its advantages, although that cannot be a good sign for what’s to come.

Overall, I think Supernatural has been delivering some really strong episodes lately, and I really like the directions they’re going in. If it continues that way, it’s going to be a hell of a finale.

What did you guys think of Supernatural‘s “The Monster at the End of This Book”? Did you enjoy the prophet? Do you have some theories as to what the prophet saw at the end of the episode?
