Hallmark’s THE NOTE 2: TAKING A CHANCE ON LOVE Review January 30, 2009 Hallmark Channel, Reviews This Saturday, January 31, at 9pm Hallmark Channel will premiere THE NOTE II: TAKING A CHANCE ON LOVE, which is a sequel to Hallmark’s The Note. Genie Francis and Ted McGinley reprise their roles as a columnist and a sports writer. I haven’t seen The Note (and if you haven’t either it airs again before the premiere of The Note II: Taking a Chance on Love at 7pm), but from what I understand it involved Peyton reuniting with the daughter she gave up for adoption 18 years earlier, and starting a relationship with her co-worker King Danville. But even if you don’t watch The Note, I found The Note II: Taking a Chance on Love very easy to understand and enjoy. This time, Peyton deals with a note from one of her loyal reader, Eve, who disagrees with one of her advices. This actually leads to a new friendship between the two, which will challenge not only Peyton but Eve to live their lives fully. As for King, he has his hands full with his son’s, David, new vocation. Overall, I found The Note II: Taking a Chance on Love enjoyable, but I couldn’t really relate to the characters. I don’t think that I am the target audience for the film, but I think that some people definitely will enjoy the story. You can watch a preview for The Note II: Taking a Chance on Love below, and don’t forget to tune in on Saturday, January 31, at 9pm. I missed the second one. thanks Kayla The Note 2 was absolutely amazing! Genie Frances is such a fantasic actress and Ted McGinley was great as well. I found the movie plot to be a little bit ironic since as most of you know Ms. Frances is well know for her role as Laura Spencer and Laura was “burned” on her latest return so when the previews were talking about when it comes to love proceed with caution I found that to be absolutely hillarous! Over all the movie is amazing, if you haven’t seen it then watch it and if you already have then watch it again! Lisa I missed it last night. I forgot to record as I had to work. When can I watch it again? shirleen holden When will it be shown again on TV. Nancy When is Note 11 On hallmark Channel I missed it on Feb 15 (taking a chance on love note 11) Regina I absolutely loved The Note 2. I cried and I laughed. I can’t even think of any words to express how much I loved the movie. The best part was hearing of the story of Eve and Ben. That’s what a love story is all about. The movie taught me a lesson, always follow your heart. Never let fear bound you up. So, if you haven’t seen the movie, you must take a night when it comes on and unplug your phone and watch it. It is truly an amazing movie. Ebeth When will the note 2 be on or where can i find it to watch it Tamika Wow, i can’t believe how many people are actually praising this movie.. it was poorly acted, poorly written. The lead actress was horrible to watch. I cannot believe this was actually a sequel!! Maybe if i watch the first one i would have a better appreciation for it… but i doubt it Bobbye I am not a movie watcher. I just happened upon Note 11 and loved it so much. I had to wait until last week to see Note 1. It was well worth the wait. I didn’t answer my phone and watched it all uninterupted.. Would love to have the DVD so I could watch it when I wanted to—which will be often.
