TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES “Samson and Delilah” (S2E01) – Loved It

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles - Lena Headey and Thomas Dekker

I just finished watching the season premiere of TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES, “Samson and Delilah” and it is safe to say that this is the best episode of the series, without question. There are three reasons why I loved “Samson and Delilah.

First, I need to talk about the beginning. This is by far one of the best opening sequences I have ever seen in recent years. The way the images were superbly coordinated with the music created a fantastic effect that was extremely gripping

Second, all the actors this season brought their A-Game to this episode. Thomas Dekker surprised me with a very intense and believable performance. Summer Glau had an amazing and poignant scene with him that made me really feel for her. Lena Headey was her usual talented self.

Third, Shirley Manson as Catherine Weaver really had a very intriguinh performance and more importantly a very interesting role which I have to say made my jaw drop.

“Samson and Delilah was a top notch episode. Outstanding in every way. If this is a flavor of things to come for this season, I can’t wait to see more.

What did you guys think? Was the “Samson and Delilah” episode of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles great of what?
