Review: SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE “2 out of 14 Eliminated” July 4, 2008 Reviews, So You Think You Can Dance Opening Number with the top 14 – I didn’t enjoy this number as much as the previous ones, but it was ok. Choreography: Tyce Diorio Music: “Money Money” from Cabaret (The New Broadway Cast Recording) Video: Robert Muraine solo routine – That guy is freaking amazing! Music: “Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)” by C+C Music Factory Video: BOTTOM TWO WOMEN: Kourtni Lind – Pretty good, I really enjoyed it. For some reason Kourtni comes alive more when she dances alone. Music: “No Man” by Nina Storey Video: Courtney Galiano – The girl does not want to leave that’s for sure. I really liked her solo. Music: “What’s Another Day” by Maria Mena Video: Comfort Fedoke – I liked it, but I didn’t feel there was much variety to her solo. Music: “Hit The Floor” by Twista feat. Pitbull Video: BOTTOM TWO MEN: Matt Dorame – It was pretty good, but I think I liked his solo last week better. Music: “Sweet Contentment” by Bradey James and the Roadies Video: Gev Manoukian – Damn, that was awesome! He cannot go home, he totally brought it. I loved it. Music: “Everybody Loves A Carnival” by Fatboy Slim Video: Thayne Jasperson – I really loved the way he danced to the music. You could tell he really enjoyed it, and I enjoyed it. Music: “I Want to Break Free” by Queen Video: ELIMINATED: KOURTNI LIND and MATT DORAME – I can’t say that I am really sad to see Kourtni go, but I really liked Matt and would have loved to see him dance with a new partner. So there you go. Don’t forget to tune in next week for more dancing!
