Addison (Kate Walsh) back on GREY’S ANATOMY March 1, 2008 Grey's Anatomy, News For those of you who miss Dr. Addison Montgomery (Kate Walsh) on GREY’S ANATOMY, Entertainment Weekly announced that Kate Walsh will return to Seattle Grace for one episode. ABC has schedule to air five original Grey’s Anatomy episodes starting April 24. I wonder if Addison is going to stir trouble again…probably. It will be nice to see her back though even if it is for one episode. The next question is, why is she coming back?
