Of the 24 semifinalists chosen last week, the Top 12 girls will perform for America for the first time. Then it’s up to the viewers to vote for their favorites. Who will survive and who will go home?

America's Next Top Model

AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL “Welcome to Top Model Prep” – 8pm the CW
In the cycle 10 premiere, 30 girls enter Top Model Prep with instructors Jay Manuel and J. Alexander and quickly begin their modeling education. Assignments include showing off their runway strut in a hallway, posing for their class photo and a brief conference with the judges. When all the tasks are completed, the girls learn if they have passed or failed. After careful consideration, Tyra Banks feels that 13 girls aren’t enough to join her in New York City, she makes a surprise announcement by increasing the total number of Top Model Prep graduates. Fourteen girls get the chance to prove they have what it takes to become America’s Next Top Model.

Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious

PUSSYCAT DOLLS: GIRLICIOUS “Let’s Get Girlicious” – 9pm The CW
The second installment of the successful “Pussycat Dolls Present” franchise is a ten-episode music/reality series making dreams come true when young hopefuls land one of three coveted spots to become part of a brand new musical group called “Girlicious.” Grammy Award-winner Nellie Furtado makes a surprise visit. Fifteen girls are selected as finalists and catfights begin as the girls rehearse songs and choreography for judges Robin Antin, recording artist Lil’ Kim and Geffen Records Chairman Ron Fair. Twelve girls move into a Los Angeles loft for Pussycat Doll boot camp and three girls are sent home.

Law and Order

LAW & ORDER “Executioner” – 10pm NBC
Dr. Mark Burns (guest star Alan Zweibel) is found murdered in his hotel room while attending a out-of-town convention. Detectives Lupo (Jeremy Sisto) and Green (Jesse L. Martin) learn that Dr. Burns’ made a large withdrawal from his bank account moments before he was murdered. Evidence rules out the con artists who scammed Burns as suspects, but a hotel surveillance tape shows a man with a southern accent vehemently knocking on the door looking for a different physician, Dr. Garrison (guest star James Rebhorn). This finding leads the detectives to believe Dr. Garrison may have been the intended target and his life is still at risk.
