THE DIGG REEL – A new show on Revision3

The Digg Reel

I just found out about a new show on Revision3 called THE DIGG REEL. What is it? It’s a television program showcasing highly rated user-submitted videos on Digg.com. Each Wednesday, host Jessica Corbin will showcase some of the hottest videos submitted to the most popular social content site on the Internet and explain why these clips deserve their 15 minutes of Internet fame.

Now, I love to watch videos, but it’s not always easy to find the fun ones. I watched the first episode of The Digg Reel and I have to say it’s pretty fun. I skipped a few videos I didn’t care about, but it sort of keeps you in the loop without you having to make the effort. The best thing is that they provide the links to the actual videos (because they only show a clip) they talk about on The Digg Reel website below the videos for each episode. That’s how I found my two favorite videos of the week, which I included further below, just because they’re cool.

New episodes will be posted online every Wednesday at 4 pm eastern time. You can watch them over at Revision3.

Check out the first episode of The Digg Reel below, as well as my two favorite videos further down. (Fun tip: if you watch the two videos at the same time, the second video serves as a soundtrack for the first one, it’s pretty cool. Don’t ask me how I found that out.)

And just in case you don’t know, Revision3 is a TV network for the web, creating and producing shows for a new audience: passionate fans who want to watch shows about technology, modern culture and music that entertain, educate and help to expand their life experiences.
