Tony Scott directs fourth season premiere of NUMB3RS July 18, 2007 News, Numb3rs Feature film director/producer Tony Scott (“Man On Fire,” “Deja Vu“) will direct the first episode of the fourth season of NUMB3RS. This is his network television directing debut. The episode will be broadcast Friday, Sept. 28 at 10pm on the CBS Television Network. Scott’s episode will serve as a template that freshens up the production values of the show for the fourth season. It picks up where last season’s finale left off, with the discovery that Agent Colby Granger (Dylan Bruno) was a mole within the FBI. Now Agent Don Eppes (Rob Morrow) and the rest of his team, including his mathematician brother, Charlie (David Krumholtz), must deal with the repercussions. I am a big fan of Tony Scott and his style of filmmaking, so I think I’ll have to tune in and watch the season premiere of Numb3rs this September. I hope we’ll get some “Man On Fire” and “Domino” look during the premiere, because I think that would be awesome. Talk about revamping a show!
