On Tonight, Sunday 7/15: SIDE ORDER OF LIFE, STATE OF MIND, and more…

Busy night today, with two new shows starting on Lifetime.

Daemon's Choice

Side Order Of Life

SIDE ORDER OF LIFE “Pilot” – 8pm Lifetime
The new lifetime show starts tonight. I have a feeling it’s going to be another fun show. Check out the preview below and tune in tonight for the pilot.
In tonight’s episode: Jenny McIntyre is a busy young photographer for the weekly newsmagazine, In Person. Engaged to her handsome fiancee, Ian, Jenny’s life is going along smoothly, but when her best friend, Vivy, tells her about her illness, Jenny suddenly re-examines her own life. Vivy’s shocking news serves as a wake-up call for Jenny who begins to open herself up to the power of life.

The 4400

THE 4400 “Try The Pie” – 9pm USA
And another episode of The 4400 tonight. I am always excited when this show is on. I have to say though, I wish we saw a little more of Jordan Collier this season, I miss him.

State Of Mind

STATE OF MIND “Pilot” – 9pm Lifetime
Another one of Lifetime’s new shows. I feel this one is going to be fun too. I mean, Lili Taylor is great and it sounds like a good concept. Check out the preview below.
In tonight’s episode: Dr. Ann Bellowes finds her life at a crossroads after she catches her husband Phil cheating on her with their couples’ therapist. But before she can contemplate the demise of her marriage, she must find a replacement to fill her husband’s office space and brings in fresh-faced lawyer Barry White to join her colleagues – Dr. James Le Croix, Dr. Taj Kalid, Dr. Cordelia Banks and office manager Frank Smedresman – at the New Haven Psychiatric Associates.

John From Cincinnati

JOHN FROM CINCINNATI “His Visit: Day Five” – 9pm HBO
Dear old John. Is he really from Cincinnati? Will we ever find out? I am still a couple of episodes behind but I like it. It’s not like anything I’ve seen before and the characters are so different, it makes for a good hour of TV.

The Dead Zone

THE DEAD ZONE “Interred” – 10pm USA
Even though I do enjoy The Dead Zone, it is at the bottom of my list as far as shows to watch go, so needless to say I haven’t watched the last few episodes, but I’m working on it. I do enjoy watching Anthony Michael Hall, I still remember him from The Breakfast Club.

Meadowlands

MEADOWLANDS – 10pm Showtime
Wow, I am so behind on shows, but I did watch the second episode of Meadowlands, and man that was brutal! That’s probably why I haven’t had the courage to watch the third one yet. I will though. Such good acting in that show, I am so impressed.

Entourage

ENTOURAGE “The Dream Team” – 10pm HBO
My friend Eric is not around this week, so I might miss this episode of Entourage or I might watch it later on this week. I have never been a big fan of the show, but the more I watch it, the more I see the appeal.

Army Wives

ARMY WIVES “Hail and Farewell” – 10pm Lifetime
Lifetime has a big night tonight with a new episode of its most successful show, Army Wives. It’s one of those shows you wouldn’t expect to like, but you end up loving.

ALSO TONIGHT:

  • BIG BROTHER 8 – 8pm CBS
  • FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS “Sally Returns” – 10:30pm HBO
