LOST – Only 48 episodes left

ABC announced that there would only be 3 more seasons of Lost, each of 16 episodes. The 16 episode will air from February to May for the next 3 years.

Executive Producers of Lost, Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse have been working on “a road map for the series with all the major mythological milestones and the ending in place for a while. What we didn’t know was how long we had to play the story out,” Cuse said. “By defining the endpoint we can now really map out the rest of the series in confidence.”

This is a very good news I think, because it means that all the confusion and questions of Lost will be answered in three years when the show ends (Although I thought the same thing as I was watching the 3 episodes of miniseries The Lost Room, and when I got to the end, no questions were answered at all in the end, but that’s another story).

With this news, we can see the end of the tunnel and the purpose in continuing to follow Lost.
To be honest, I have stopped trying to understand Lost and just enjoy each episode without asking any questions. It has been working for me. But now that I know all the questions will be answered, I will enjoy Lost even more.

The only bad thing I can say is: “You mean that I have to wait almost a year after the this season’s finale to see what happens?!!!”
