Sci-Fi Favorite Felicia Day to Make Third Appearance on ‘Supernatural’ January 30, 2013 News, Supernatural According to TV Line, the announcement that sci-fi fans have been hoping to hear was announced during a recent press screening: internet darling and sci-fi favorite actress Felicia Day – best known for her work on the online series ‘The Guild’ and the Joss Whedon web series “Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog’ – will appear for the third time in an upcoming episode of CW series Supernatural. As fans of the long-running series know, Day just had her second appearance on the show in the January 23 episode entitled “LARP and the Real Girl” in which she returned as Charlie Bradbury, the überhacker who previously helped Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) Winchester take down Leviathan leader Dick Roman. In the January episode, Charlie was back, but this time as the “queen” of a live-action role playing game where players from the game were dying from mysterious otherworldly maladies. Her third appearance will be during the latter part of the show’s current eighth season, where she will bring a case to the demon-hunting brothers. Among Day’s other credits are the TV show ‘Buffy, the Vampire Slayer’, the made-for-TV movie ‘Red: Werewolf Hunter’, the online series (based on the video game) ‘Dragon Age’ as well as a recurring role on ‘Eureka’ and a guest appearance on the online series ‘Husbands’ [among others]. The next new episode of ‘Supernatural’ will air on The CW tonight, Wednesday, January 30 at 9/8c.
