After giving Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and the firm a run for their money in the season 3 finale, actor Michael J. Fox will be reprising his role once again in CBS’ The Good Wife as Louis Canning. As shared by TV Line, Fox will show up in the fourth season’s eleventh episode. Word on why Canning makes a return was not divulged, but as TV Line pointed out, there could be something to the comments jokingly made by Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) about a raid. Fox’s prior appearances on the show not only thrilled fans but earned the veteran star an Emmy nod for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series last year.
Aside from striking a new deal for his own comedy show, Fox has recently appeared in ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’, ‘Phineas and Ferb’, ‘Rescue Me’ as Dwight, ‘Boston Legal’ as Daniel Post, ‘Clone High’, the medical comedy series ‘Scrubs’ and ‘Spin City’. The actor is also known for the big screen feature franchise ‘Back to the Future’, ‘Stuart Little 1 & 2′, ‘The American President’, ‘For Love or Money’, and more.
Alright Good Wife fans sound off below and tell us what you think of Fox making a return to the hit legal show. Is there trouble ahead?
