The legal dramedy Franklin & Bash has been given a third season order by TNT.
Michael Wright, President and Head of Programming for TNT, TBS and Turner Classic Movies shared that “…its winning cast and some of the sharpest dialogue on television, is a refreshingly clever, light-hearted take on the courtroom drama (and) we look forward to spending another season with (the cast) and crew of ‘Franklin & Bash’.
‘Franklin & Bash’ stars Breckin Meyer as Jared Franklin and Mark-Paul Gosselaar as Peter Bash, two young, fly-by-the-seat-of-their-pants street lawyers who caused a seismic culture clash when they joined a legendary, button-down law firm. The cast includes legendary actor Malcolm McDowell as well as Reed Diamond, Dana Davis, Garcelle Beauvais and Kumail Nanjiani.
The series has averaged 4.3 million viewers over its second season, which is up 10% over its first season; and is produced by Four Sycamore Productions, Left Coast Productions and FanFare Productions in association with Sony Pictures Television. Jamie Tarses, Jason Ensler, Kevin Fallsand Bill Chais are the executive producers.
Fans should anticipate a summer return for the third season of ‘Franklin & Bash’.
