Warehouse 13 Season 4 Premiere: Let’s Save the Warehouse! July 23, 2012 Featured, Reviews, Warehouse 13 Now that Eureka aired its series finale, I really needed a show to pick me up, so that’s why I’m glad that Warehouse 13 is back with a brand new season tonight. I have really missed these guys! And the other exciting part is that I have already seen tonight’s season 4 premiere episode “A New Hope” and can let you know all about what to look forward to (well, not all, but I can definitely tease). Last season ended on quite the tragic note with the loss of three lovable character, Jinks (Aaron Ashmore), Mrs. Frederic (CCH Pounder) and H.G. Wells (Jaime Murray) and the destruction of the Warehouse itself. Season 4 picks up moments after the explosion with Artie (Saul Rubinek), Pete (Eddie McClintock) and Myka (Joanne Kelly) standing in the middle of the wreckage of what was once the Warehouse. But fear not, in the words of executive producer Jack Kenny, who talked to us last week at Comic-Con, “It’s called Warehouse 13, don’t worry.” Speaking of Comic-Con, you should also check out our other interviews with the cast here. Back to the premiere episode. So how will the Warehouse Team save the Warehouse? Well, it wouldn’t be Warehouse 13 if an artifact wasn’t involved, right? And so the team needs to hunt it down hoping that it will be their salvation and that it does in fact exist. This episode is pure Warehouse 13 in that the team work together to save what is most precious to them, the Warehouse. And here’s a tease for you, what ends up happening in “A New Hope” will affect the rest of this season, and personally I cannot wait to find out how. I don’t want to say much more, but I will say this, “A New Hope” is a great way to start the new season and I loved watching Artie, Pete, Myka and Claudia (Allison Scagliotti) going on a mission together. These four really define the meaning of teamwork and there should be more episodes like this. So make sure to tune in tonight, July 23rd, when Warehouse 13 returns for its fourth season at 9pm on Syfy. You won’t want to miss it! Follow me on Twitter @sosandrine ptjackson Loved every minute of it, but as they said in the interviews, there was a shift to the dark in the final few minutes of the episode. I too am intrigued as to where this is going, but OMG, Claudia and Artie’s banter – heck all of them, it was so hysterical – I was laughing out loud! Then, Brent Spiner – wow, can’t wait to see more of him!!! Bring it on, Warehouse 13!! http://www.tvequals.com/ Sandrine Sahakians Wasn’t it great?!! I really liked that even though they were able to save the Warehouse, it came with a price and only Artie knows about it. So excited for this season ptjackson So totally agree!
