NBC Renews ’30 Rock’ For Final Season May 11, 2012 30 Rock, News 30 Rock is making a comeback to bid farewell to fans in one more season according to TV Line. Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) fanatics will now be happy to hear this latest news that was released this past Thursday. The comedy show starring Tracy Morgan (Saturday Night Live, Cop Out) , Alec Baldwin (The Departed, Beetlejuice), Jane Krakowski (Ally McBeal), Jack McBrayer (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Despicable Me), and Scott Adsit ( The Italian Job, The Informant) will be returning for one last season with the entire cast on board. Entering its seventh year, NBC has ordered up 13 more episodes before ’30 Rock’ says goodbye. The show, that first debuted back in 2006, has managed to pull in an estimated 3.5 million viewers this year. Low numbers, but since ’30 Rock’ has a loyal fan base it looks like NBC is letting the cast and crew wrap up their long running series in style. NBC has also made the announcement that they have renewed both the comedy series’ ‘Community’ and ‘Parks and Recreation’ for just one more year.
