The original plan by the folks over at FOX was to air the fall finale of Bones on December 15; but instead the spin-off episode of the long-running series (now in its 7th season) introducing the characters from the new drama The Finder will now be aired.
By making this program change, the fall finale of ‘Bones’ entitled “The Crack in the Code” will air on January 12 at 8/7c with the series premiere of ‘The Finder’ airing immediately following at 9/8c.
The all-new January episode of ‘Bones’ will be about a cryptic message that is penned in human blood and discovered at a National monument. The Jeffersonian team will embark on a scavenger hunt to solve the case, realizing their tech-savvy suspect (actor Andrew Leeds) remains one step ahead of them. Meanwhile, Booth and Brennan search for the perfect home for their new family.
‘The Finder’ is classified as a “quirky one-hour procedural centering on Walter Sherman (actor Geoff Stults), a remarkable man with an extraordinary ability to help people find the unfindable.
The last new episode of ‘Bones’ for 2011 will air this Thursday, December 8 at 9/8c on FOX.
