Episode Synopsis: Never-before-seen moments give an inside look into the castaways and their decisions made during the game so far, on SURVIVOR: SOUTH PACIFIC, Wednesday, Nov. 23 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
Show Summary: Eighteen castaways will compete on SURVIVOR: SOUTH PACIFIC when the Emmy Award-winning series returns on Wednesdays with the game-changing element, Redemption Island. The 18 castaways will be divided into two Tribes of nine: the Savaii Tribe and the Upolu Tribe, named after the two islands of Samoa. The tribes are comprised of individuals from all different backgrounds with the same ultimate goal: to be the Sole Survivor. While 16 of the contestants are new to the competition, two are former castaways who have returned to seek Redemption. In the end, only one will remain to claim the million dollar prize and title of Sole Survivor. The show is hosted by Emmy Award winner Jeff Probst.
