AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL “Exploring Greece” Cycle 17 Episode 10 – A dull episode of America’s Next Top Model is just about the worst thing that could happen to a human being. It is something I had to endure and as a person, it changed me. I’m cold all the time. I’m colorblind to the color green. I keep telling random people they’re doing a bootie tooch and then laugh uncontrollably while they shuffled away.
I may not have come through this cycle with my insanity intact, but at least I’m still here, where I was in the beginning. Unlike Dominique, who got the boot after many a tiff and disgruntled outbursts. The producers clearly don’t have enough money to do anything for this episode, so the girls hung out in Crete, not drinking like the absolute laughs they appear to be, showing off their model walks in front of some very bored looking people.
Nigel Barker, the noted fashion photographer, took the photos and the challenge was to look like Olympians at a fashion sport contest. So instead of throwing a discus, Allison was throwing a purse.
The dull thing about this episode was that aside from Dominique sulking a lot, nothing happened. There wasn’t much tension, probably because there was little tension to be had. It’s like the end of last cycle. It was obvious from the beginning that Ann was going to walk away with the win. Likewise by the time we get to the top five, it’s obvious that no one is ruling the roost like Allison and it’s going to take a Tyre intervention type miracle to see her lose the crown, or whatever a Top Model gets at the end of the run.
Even when she delivers a pretty poor photo, Allison is called out second. First went to Laura for a pretty awesome photo, and in third place was Lisa, leaving the bottom two for Angelea and Dominique.
