MEMPHIS BEAT Cancelled

It would seem that TNT has decided not to renew its cop drama MEMPHIS BEAT.

The folks over at TV Line, reported last week that the series, which ran for two seasons, and included George Clooney as one of its executive producers, would not be back for another season.

“TNT has decided not to pick up a third season of Memphis Beat,” says a spokesperson for the cabler. “The network thanks everyone involved in the production of Memphis Beat for their work on the series, including the great cast and crew. TNT wishes everyone the best.”

    I
predict “Dallas” will flop after one season..It was and will still be
an overrated soap opera.(Not a big draw these days).I guess the 80 year
old JR will be chasing the old gals down at the nursing homes..If they
spent a third of the money they are spending on Dallas on “Memphis
Beat”, “Memphis Beat” would have been a top ranked series during any
season..As it goes- To TNT- Sometimes there are diamonds in your own
    back yard..Just look..
